May I park on the street or have my guests park on the street?
No recreational vehicle, boat, or any type trailer may be parked or stored on any lot unless same is under a carport or in a garage; all passenger automobiles shall be parked either on the driveway or in the garage or carport. No tractor or trailer may be parked on any lot or in the street in front of any lot. Please be respectful of your neighbors and do not block driveways or cause unsafe situations by blocking lines of sight in high traffic areas and intersections. No Parking is permitted in yards.
How much is the annual HOA Fee?
The annual HOA fee is $360. The first $180 is due on 2/15 and remaining $180 is due on 5/15. Please note that you have an option to pay the entire year’s fee in one (1) payment of $350 by March 31st, and this will save you $10. Late fees are charged for each month that a balance exists on an owner’s account. The HOA fee covers items such as pool maintenance, grass cutting, common area: electricity, water, sewer, signage, lighting, painting, and other maintenance items.
How can I pay my HOA Fees?
ONLINE PAYMENT OF HOA Fees:
Fees: To pay your HOA fees online, please go to dfa1.cincwebaxis.com and sign in at the top right corner of the screen. [NOTE: You must register and be approved prior to signing in for the first time. Your account number is the same as your Chatham Pointe street address number.] Once signed in, click on “Pay Fees” at the top left corner of the screen. Select your desired payment method (eCheck or credit card), input your payment information, and click “Submit.” Verify that your payment information is
correct and click “Submit Payment.” Please note that the payment platform charges a $1.99
processing fee for eCheck payments and a 3.25% processing fee for credit card payments.
PAYMENT OF HOA FEE BY CHECK:
Homeowners may pay their HOA fees by mailing checks to Chatham Pointe HOA c/o David Floyd & Associates, Inc. PO Box 357, Commerce, GA 30529-0357. Please make sure all checks are made payable to Chatham Pointe HOA and include your Chatham Pointe address in the memo section. A payment
coupon should be included with each mailed check if possible (available to print at under the Forms section).
